ROLLING HILLS, California — October 25, 2026. The incorporated City of Rolling Hills warns that its older meetings page is no longer the active source. The city directs readers to a new CivicClerk portal for agendas, packets, minutes and recordings dating to 2020.
What residents should verify
Residents following city finances, land use and road access should consult the new archive rather than assume an empty page means there are no public documents. Rolling Hills also provides Planning and Traffic Commission materials. Importantly, Rolling Hills and Rolling Hills Estates are two different cities with different elected councils; each city’s decisions need their own original records.
